On May 19th, we welcomed another Joshua Expeditions team from Cypress Christian School from Houston, TX.
They were only here with us for 1 day, but man, did we put them to work!
Thanks for everything, Cypress--Come back any time!

Saw this little guy on the sidewalk--HE.WAS.BEAUTIFUL! |
One of the jobs the team had was to clean up the parking area behind the church. It was gross--it was a dumping ground for everything that didn't have a home. So we moved everything, threw stuff away, moved wood, and had to move the machines as well. Bruce was in the States for this trip, but we had a team member who had experience with machinery! Thanks, God!

Luckily, he knew how to drive it! |
They moved all of the scaffolding that was stored behind the church building and stacked it nicely off the parking lot!

Now that looks organized! |
Of course with rainy season, this is a weekly occurrence--cutting grass, weed eating and trimming plants and pulling weeds.

The grass was SO LONG that it kept stalling the mower! |
All in a days work. This was 3:30pm!

Love my Fitbit! |
We love having these Joshua Expeditions teams! They ALWAYS come ready to get their hands dirty...and I especially love when it is a senior class. A missions trip for their senior trip--a week well spent and the work they completed was such a blessing!
