We welcomed a youth team again from The Bridge Fellowship in Tennessee. This was a great group of teens and we loved seeing their leaders again!
Check out their week!
ENJOY!!
The week started out with a tour of the Project and then dinner at our house!

The team worked in the daycare all week and they also worked construction. Here is a glimpse of the fun they had in the daycare

Working with the older kids |
They took pictures of the older kids to make a craft!

Taking a cute picture! |

More crafts with the kids--a creation book |
The team also worked construction on two big projects. The first was replacing the sidewalk in the parking lot--and of course it started raining as they were finishing the concrete! So you improvise

The other big project the team worked on was sanding, prepping and staining the beds in the new team center. These are the beds that the teams will be sleeping on next year in our "new" team center. They did A LOT of work and helped move along the process really fast!

Pulling out the single beds and staining them |
The team went to Arenal for their fun day. It included ziplining and hot springs.

On the way back from ziplining, there was a sloth crossing the road (...I know of a lot of puns at this moment), so Bruce got out, took a selfie (of course) with it and helped it across the road.

Once he got close to the trees, he reached out and looked like Superman |
