Burnsview Secondary, B.C.

On March 19th, we welcomed a team from Delta, British Columbia, Canada!  It was exciting as this was our first team from Canada.  They were only here with us for one day, but they came ready to serve and do activities with the kids in the daycare and Children's Homes!

The group spent the day in the daycare doing different crafts and a presentation about Canada and where they are from!

This group was supposed to present the slideshow--but technology was not on their side....so they improvised!

 The after daycare and after lunch, the team got a tour of Phase 2!

Then after the tour, they started activities and crafts and soccer with the Children's Homes kids!

 At the very end of the day, the kids got to play outside with the team and do bubbles and play around for the last part of the day!

We are so thankful for the Burnsview team and all that they brought to the kids in the daycare and the Children's Homes.  Especially all that the kids learned about Canada--even I learned something!
